This is a 55+ community that only allows 1 dog up to 20 lbs. Any changes to your home need to have an ARR request which can be approved via Manager and or more extensive changes are brought to the Board members, this board conveys every 2nd Tuesday of the month. This is a CO- OP not an HOA, there is a difference, this is resident owned. We are off of Lake Griffin, with boat access.
