Welcome friends, family and guests to Harbor Oaks Homeowners Cooperative!
Enjoy all the amenities and activities of the entire senior, resident owned, community, with unforgettable views. We have an RV Park with twenty nine spaces for our guests, adjacent to the marina on Lake Griffin, part of the Harris chain of five lakes with great fishing and boating opportunities for the community and RV Park guests alike.

Requirements

A $100 Administration fee and first month's rent is required, before your stay.

Rates

Six-six $580 for 6 mo. (Here) , then $230 for 6 mo. (Away) both plus tax and electric **

Annual $580 per month, plus electric **( all year round)

Deposit First month's rent ($580) plus $100.00 admin fee for all guests, before you stay

**1st months deposit will be returned after leaving site and after electric for final month is deducted and must leave the RV clean and free of clutter. **All prospective residents need approval before staying in the park.

Note: $800 per month if staying monthly from Nov-Apr, with a 3 mo. min.
